I'm not to familiar with how the saying goes but as I've heard from some of the history lessons I've had in my old schools theres alway more people who would stick together as one and fight for what's right and I think to myself that this is such a very filipino thing to do and its beautiful because it feels like everyone is one as we are known for our country to have the people power revolution which has led us to the way our country is now.
